金蝶员工爆料：天天加班好严重 无加班费 晚上10点还在开会_我的网站

A |     8月25日消息，据凤凰网科技报道，近日，多名金蝶总部员工爆料，公司为推进旗下企业AI原生操作系统“灵基（Lingee）”业务，内部加班已成常态，长期晚间延时工作、下班后集中开会、无加班报酬等问题引发员工普遍质疑。     据在职员工透露，此类高强度工作状态已持续数月。

Fiercer than the storm. Border 2 in cinemas 23rd January, 2026.” This reveal comes soon after the first look images of Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanjh won praise online. Their roles as officers from different armed forces have already created a ripple of excitement, and Ahan’s introduction has only added to the growing anticipation around the film.                Directed by Anurag Singh and backed by Bhushan Kumar, JP Dutta and Nidhi Dutta, Border 2 brings together a strong cast including Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Medha Rana, Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa and Ahan Shetty. Presented by Gulshan Kumar and T Series along with JP Dutta's production house, the film aims to honour the spirit of Indian soldiers and take audiences through a journey of patriotism, courage and sacrifice. With its release set for January 23 2026, just before the Republic Day weekend, the excitement around Border 2 continues to grow with every new reveal.Also Read: Ahan Shetty Wraps Up Border 2 With an Emotional Note。现阶段多数员工每日直至晚上八九点才能基本下班，即便离岗回家后，仍需持续处理各类工作事务。    不少入职不久的员工在社交平台发帖吐槽，日常下班时间最早为晚间九点多，加班较晚时可达十一点，纷纷质疑高强度延时工作是否已成金蝶企业文化。    

    从内部工作情况来看，受访内部员工表示，近期发力AI业务的技术部门加班强度显著提升，而销售体系的工作节奏相对缓和。    不过，多个岗位员工均反映，当前职场困扰并非单纯的工作忙碌，不合理的工作安排与制度问题更让人疲惫。晚间集中开会是员工吐槽的核心痛点。     多名离职及在职员工表示，公司大量常规沟通会议被固定在傍晚六七点启动，会议常态持续至八九点，部分会议甚至拖延至晚间十点结束。

C | 且多数会议要求相关人员全员到场、线下参与，直接挤占了员工的晚餐及下班休息时间。    除此之外，金蝶员工明确证实，公司常态化的延时加班工作，均未核算、发放加班费。不少员工坦言，公司工作安排与管理宣传相悖，职场疲惫感持续加剧。    针对网络上热议的“金蝶996”传闻，结合多方采访信息来看，目前金蝶员工工作强度参差不齐，个别团队的高强度加班现状，并非公司全员统一工作状态。     值得注意的是，金蝶近年来员工流失率与人员结构大幅变动。据金蝶2025年ESG报告数据显示，2023年底，金蝶全职员工总数为12348人，2024年降至12149人，2025年底缩减至11294人。

D |     两年时间，公司全职员工累计减少1054人，仅2024至2025一年间，员工就减少855人，降幅达7%。
